Our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while protecting the value and authenticity of collectible items.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for items that meet the return eligibility criteria and have been approved through the return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a decision will be made regarding the refund.

Inspection Process

All returned items undergo a thorough inspection to verify:

The item’s condition matches the original shipment
All included materials are present
There is no sign of use, damage, or tampering

If the item does not pass inspection, the refund may be denied or adjusted accordingly.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Since only card payments are accepted, refunds will be credited back to the same card used during purchase.

Refunds cannot be issued to alternative payment methods.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

It may take several business days for the refund to be processed internally
Additional time may be required for the card issuer to reflect the refund in the customer’s account

Delays caused by financial institutions are beyond our control.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued. These include:

Items returned with minor damage or missing non-essential components
Returns that do not fully meet the original condition requirements

The final refund amount will be determined after inspection.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund may be issued. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process to be eligible for a refund.
